We will introduce the "CellPet 3D-iPS," a three-dimensional rotating floating culture device, regarding "differentiation induction." From the analysis results, we were able to demonstrate a method for inducing trilineage differentiation using the CELLFLOAT system. It is expected that a certain amount of growth factors and low molecular compounds will be necessary for preferential differentiation into each germ layer.
